Brian Wolk becomes Partner at Pearson Waters Law Firm.

Fred Pearson and Bill Waters of Pearson Waters Law Firm have announced the promotion of Brian Wolk as Partner within the firm.

Mr. Wolk joined the firm in 2005.

After obtaining his degree in mathematics from the University of Alaska, Mr. Wolk joined the United States Marine Corps, where he achieved the rank of Captain. After completing his military service, Mr. Wolk obtained his doctorate in law from the University of Akron, Ohio. While a law student, Mr. Wolk authored a best-selling book on traffic infraction defenses. He currently writes a monthly article on a variety of legal subjects for a local magazine. Mr. Wolk’s legal services concentrate on criminal defense (including white collar and business crimes, property crimes, drug crimes and DUI), serious personal injury litigation (including motor vehicle collisions, dog attacks and sexual harassment), and construction litigation (including contractor, developer and builder malpractice, as well as engineer and architect negligence).

 

The firm name will change effective immediately to: Pearson Waters & Wolk.
